Erica Stietenroth is a successful, independent REALTOR® in the Houston, TX area. Unable to settle with 'canned' resources, she has committed a tremendous amount of time creating and fine-tuning the systems and tools she uses with clients. She's willingly shared some of these resources in popular real estate Facebook groups, such as Lab Coat Agents, and the response to her tools has been overwhelming. So much so that it became unmanageable at times to conduct her primary business (selling real estate) and send out her resources. As such she created The Integrated Agent so she can easily and readily provide her developed tools to fellow agents when they need them.
Erica's technology and integration skills set her apart in this industry; prior to real estate she worked one on one with school districts across the country helping them to create digital content and integrate digital tools (Android and iPad tablets) in daily classroom teaching. She is extremely tech savvy and well known for her online digital resources and video creation. She has a M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction, was a classroom teacher and was also a successful entrepreneur in the technology industry.
